- Custom Wall Support for Tonal Home Gym
This customer needed a to-spec wall support built for her Tonal Home Gym Equipment. Before and after shots are below!
Her comments were: “Home Fix Helper did an excellent job on my project. He explained everything he needed to do which was build a stud build out so that I could hang my exercise equipment. His build was so flawless that friends commented that it looked like it was always there. I would definitely use them again!” - New Divider Wall in Bonus Room
This customer had a bonus room over the garage that they wanted sectioned off for a bedroom. I added two walls, one on each side of the chimney and installed a door. Came out very nice!
The red lines in the pic on the left are where the walls will go. The pic on the right is room all done, with some customer stuff already moved in. - Bathroom Plumbing Repair
And another sewer line leak, and again the plumber removed a lot of the supporting wall studs. The wall studs were rebuilt and new wall finished seamlessly around the sewage pipe. Challenge accepted and completed!
- Bathroom Ceiling Repair
This was a kind of creepy repair. The roof leaked, slowly soaked the ceiling material and the paint stretched to support the weight. It looked like an alien cocoon. But I cut it out and repaired the damage.
Looks good as new! - Basement Finishing
This job was a basement room that the customer drywalled themselves but needed help to have it expertly taped and primed to get it ready for final painting.
Customer opted to paint the finished room themselves - Finishing Skylight Shafts
This customer had two skylights replaced but the new skylights were raised an additional 8″ above the roof line and 4″ wider than original windows. The customer wanted the new exposed frame to match the plaster ceiling in the room below.
Mission accomplished! I angled the shaft sides up and out to match the new window frame. Customer opted to prime and paint the work himselfThe ceiling below also had water damage that needed to be repaired.
All water damage was repaired and matched to the existing ceiling texture. - Whole House Plumbing Replacement
In this job, the owner had the entire house replumbed. There were some 30 cutout holes to repair throughout the house, in the ceilings, walls, closets and behind fixtures. I repaired the cutouts, and the owner elected to prime and paint the repairs themselves.
Here’s what the owner had to say of the work:
“I was extremely overwhelmed by the 30 holes left after re-piping our whole house. Those holes were repaired beautifully and are super smooth. They are ready for us to paint and prime. Bonus was the fact that there was such little sanding that there were no big messes like most drywall repair!!”
Here are a few sample pics from the job.
