Just finished up this basement window replacement in downtown York. The old windows were falling apart and did not utilize the full size of the original window opening. Replaced with windows that will allow more light and air into the basement. Interior is all sealed and protected from water, but customer wanted to wait on final brick and sill finishing until he decides on additional restoration options.

The floor contractor default trim on the bottom of this door was white, which looked terrible with the wood floor. I made an oak piece, stained and finished to match the floor. Looks much better!
