Bathroom Plumbing Repair
And another sewer line leak, and again the plumber removed a lot of the supporting wall studs. The wall studs were rebuilt and new wall finished seamlessly around the sewage pipe. Challenge accepted and completed! Read more

Kitchen Plaster/Lathe Damage
Here are before/after shots of a plaster lathe repair to an old Harrisburg row home. Owner elected to prime and paint the repair themselves. There was extensive damage to the plaster and lathe and there were no structural components to tie to in the corner. I had to rebuild everything. Read more
Bathroom Ceiling Repair
This was a kind of creepy repair. The roof leaked, slowly soaked the ceiling material and the paint stretched to support the weight. It looked like an alien cocoon. But I cut it out and repaired the damage. Looks good as new! Read more

Door Threshold Repair
